Interest rate:

• For loans up to 50,000 soms: 37% – 40% per annum
• For loans from 51,000 to 100,000 soms 36% – 39% per annum
• For loans from 101,000 to 200,000 soms 35% – 38% per annum
• For loans from 201,000 to 500,000 soms: 34% – 37% per annum

Loan servicing fees:

• O.5% of the loan amount

Documents required to get a loan:

• Passport of the borrower, guarantor and pledger
• ocuments confirming the income of the borrower and guarantors, depending on the source of loan repayment – Patent, Individual Entrepreneur Certificate
• Certificate from the aiyl okmotu on the availability of livestock and land share
• Salary certificate for the last 6 months of the borrower/guarantor (if any)
• Certificate from the place of residence indicating the family composition of the borrower / pledgor / guarantor
• Consent of the spouse of the borrower/mortgagor/guarantor (with a loan over 50 thousand soms)
