ATTENTION!!! FRAUDSTERS!!!

“Elet Capital MFC” CJSC warns you about fraudsters, who under the guise of Company employees or using the name "Elet-Capital" offer online credit services.

For this purpose the fraudsters may ask you to receive any SIM card in your name and to transfer them this SIM card to a new phone number of mobile operators O! or Beeline and to open an electronic wallet O!Money or Balance.kg or to transfer them the data of your ELSOM wallets or Elcart payment cards to them, as well as to ask you and your passport to be photographed on your cell phone for remote registration and identification.

SHOULDN'T BE DOING THIS!

Since after your voluntary transfer of all your personal data (face photo, passport, SIM card with an electronic wallet, 16-digit number and 3-digit SVV code of your card), fraudsters will be able to issue and receive the “Online Credit” in your name!

The fraudsters can place advertisements for providing the microcredit services or money loans on various Internet sites or special advertising applications, or having introduced themselves as the Company employees they may offer you to register on the Company official website elet.kg remotely through instant messengers. They may ask you to tell them your phone number, through which the registration was made, or may ask you to tell them the received one-time SMS password from EletKapital, etc.

DO NOT SHARE YOUR DATA!!

Also, the possibility exists of any calls from virtual numbers, which can duplicate (be similar) the Company's numbers. The fraudsters may present themselves as the Company employees and may ask you to follow a link or to fill out a form with the card number and CVV code for further electronic pick-pocketing from your account. REMEMBER – the Elet-Capital EMPLOYEES DO NOT REQUEST TO PASS VARIOUS LINKS AND TO FILL IN YOUR CARD DETAILS!!

IT IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW AND USE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION IN ORDER TO DON'T FALL FOR FRAUDSTER TRICKS:

- SMS from the Company always come from the same number: EletKapital

- Do not follow suspicious links (Internet addresses). Presenting themselves as the Company employees the fraudsters offer their services by phone or provide the user with a link sending to a phishing site, which may look outwardly like the link of the Company's website www.elet.kg - but upon closer examination, additional characters (letters, etc.) will be visible.

- Do not use unverified WI-FI. There is a risk that the administrator may steal your personal data, entered by you entered for registration on the resources: full name, contact details, bank card number.
